My name is Jonathan Everist.

I am a Lawyer specialising primarily in Family and Employment Law.

Separating from your partner or spouse or losing your job can be very stressful.

Furthermore, many people feel rather intimidated by the legal process, and need some friendly advice.

Some are frightened by the prospect of “going to Court”, but this is a mistake, as often the Court process actually makes it easier for two parties to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Something which is very important to me is achieving satisfactory and peaceful resolution between both parties ... not long drawn-out, needlessly expensive battles where no-one really wins.
